Wow, two preachers in one day: McCain rejected the months-old endorsement of Texas preacher John Hagee after an audio recording surfaced in which the preacher said God sent Adolf Hitler to help Jews reach the promised land. McCain called the comment “crazy and unacceptable.” He later repudiated the support of Rod Parsley, an Ohio preacher who has sharply criticized Islam and called the religion inherently violent.

As you know by now if you own a tv or a computer, John McCain has finally rejected the endorsement he once sought from John Hagee. The Catholic-bashing, gay-hating, Islamophobia didn’t do it. But once you’re a fan of Hitler’s work as a “hunter,” well, that’s a hard one to come back from.So now there is only the rejection of the Revs.

I wonder what it was, the “Hitler was carrying out God’s Will” sermon or the “Catholicism is the Great Whore” bit. I vote for the former.
