John McCain’s Human Shield, Sarah Palin, Starting to Crack

Sarah Palin’s negatives are skyrocketing.

As the steady drip-drip-drip of the public vetting of Palin takes its toll (since the impulsive McCain failed to do it himself), what people see they don’t like.  She may be a delightful American Idol contestant, but as someone who is next in line for the nuclear football if 72 year-old Grandpa Melanoma takes the big hike, the public is a bit nervous.

Palin’s approval ratings are on the move:

That’s a 21 point shift in 8 days.  No wonder Rove is throwing her under the bus. 

In her short tenure on the American stage, however, nobody can say she hasn’t left her mark.
