Just 16 percent think Obamacare will make them better off while 42 think it will make them worse off.

The Affordable Care Act has hit another low according to one pollster. Opposition to the ACA is the highest it has ever been in the three years CNN/ORC has been polling about it. By an almost 2-1 margin people now oppose the law.

According to the poll 62 percent of voters oppose the 2010 health care law. This is a five point increase in opposition since last month even though the federal exchanges are now functioning noticeably better.

Among people who oppose the law, 43 percent oppose it for being “too liberal” while another 15 percent oppose it from not being liberal enough. Only 35 percent of voters actually favor the law.

What is really problematic for Democrats if few think the law will help them personally. Just 16 percent think the law will make them better off while 42 think it will make them worse off.
