Activist and friend of Firedoglake Lt. Dan Choi will be back in court on March 28th for protesting Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell in 2010 – and we want you to be there.
That’s right, the U.S. government is still prosecuting Lt. Dan nearly three years later — for chaining himself to the White House fence while protesting a law that the government has since repealed. The Justice Department still wants to put Dan behind bars for 6 months for “failure to obey.”
Supporters are holding a rally for Choi and speaking out against this reprehensible attack on free speech on the morning of his trial. Can you join in?
RSVP for the Rally for Lt. Dan Choi:
Thursday, March 28 – 9 a.m.
E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse
333 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington D.C

If you can’t attend the rally, consider chipping in $5+ to help us run Facebook ads spreading the word.

About FDL Action
Hi Zach; thanks for letting us know about the rally.
Sure is hard to believe O’s “injustice dept” is pursuing this — not!
I chipped in and hope you get Facebook ads going. Also hope you get
some more comments so folks will see this!
