10:56 Durbin starts with the “people on the right and on the left” bs trying to pretend this is some kind of Solomonic wisdom, rather than a desperate attempt to rally Obama’s plummeting poll numbers.

10:52 Durbin disingenuously tries to pretend that this is about cutting defense spending.  Barney Frank  on Morning Joe said maybe this is how we get out of Afghanistan. Who the hell are they kidding?
