So… definitions: “Biosimilar” is not just a corporate buzzword for generic biologics but is a term derived from the fact that due to technical reasons the generic biologics cannot be exactly identical to the name-brand biologics.

It’s just that the corporations saw the chance to literally make a killing and are going for the jugular on generic biologics… and through expansion of that mechanism eventually killing off all generic pharmaceuticals.

A fair evaluation?

was relieved to see you link the Time Magazine article - I was initially suspicious of some of their claims (hey, it’s Time afterall) but managed to run most of them down and found them to be highly credible – urge everyone to give it a read for a workable overview of what’s up.
