It’s because there are credible challengers sitting on the sidelines, waiting to jump in if Lincoln does filibuster health care. And if I know it, she knows it.
Blanche’s numbers in Arkansas are weak. She’s vulnerable in the general, running behind all four of her Republican opponents. But before she can get to the general, she’s got to get through a primary, and 80% of Arkansas Democrats favor a public option.
Arkansas is also a really cheap state to run a Senate race in because of low population and cost of the media market, so it’s fertile primary ground. You want to take on someone in New York? Good luck with that. But in Arkansas, an incumbent’s ability to out-raise a primary challgner has much more limited value. There’s only so much TV air time you can buy.
Lincoln lives in the western part of the state, not in the Little Rock area, and she’s got Liddy Dole syndrome — she’s never in Arkansas. She spends most of her time in DC, which is one of the reasons her popularity is flagging. She’s not beloved like Mark Pryor, nor is she a lynchpin in the state party’s political machine.
At a recent town hall Lincoln was hammered with questions by Democrats about her position on the public option. They would forgive her for voting against one, but she’s taking a huge risk if she takes the unprecedented move of blocking it from coming to a vote in the Senate. Arkansas Dems who might otherwise think twice about taking on a sitting Senator would be much more inclined to step into a race amidst a climate of local Democratic disenchantment and a — shall we say “optimized” national fundraising environment.
Lincoln continues to poke the unions with a sharp stick, reiterating her intention to join a Republican filibuster of the Employee Free Choice Act. She’s done just about everything she can, and then a bit more, to align the heavens in favor of a primary challenger. If she takes that final step and joins a filibuster, she could potentially open the floodgates.
I frankly don’t think she’s that brave, but as one of the many who has long since tired of having the corporatist Dems like Lincoln write every piece of legislation that comes before the Senate, I sure would like to see her try.

About FDL Action
Good for you Jane!
Jane you were awesome!!
A dare so nice, I had to watch it twice.
I think there really is a good chance that a lot of sitting Dems will fall if they cannot get real health care reform through with a 60 seat caucus in the Senate and a large majority in the House. A solid majority of Americans and an overwhelming number of Democrats support the public plan. Opposition is just plain politically stupid for Democrats.
Just saw you on rerun. Nicely done!
I watched and was impressed. Wish we could see more calling out!
Jane, there’s a meme that Digby’s been talking about lately, that is, good policy makes good politics. I think you are truly personifying that.
Dare! Dare! Dare! It’s great!!!
Loved it! The ball is in your court, Blanche!
Yay Jane! When I grow up I want to be like you.
How ready are we to primary all of the jerks who favor murder by spreadsheet? I mean really ready.
If she votes no on cloture, I’ve got a $1K for a challenger.
Nice job on TRMS, Jane.
Do you think maybe Blanche is thinking about jumping ship?
Anybody got kids of snotty nosed brat age? Remember that show on Nick “Double Dare”??
“reiterating her intention to join a Republican filibuster the Employee Free Choice Act.” ; and the Arkansas Dem’s need more than that to decide to run a challenger?
Any Democrat who votes against the public option, especially any who vote for a filibuster, need to be primaried hard. I know that there is already a movement among a number of county Democratic committees (in the largest Democratic counties) to line up a primary challenger for Baucus in 5 years. I have been gently lobbying the current state House floor leader to run (his son is a grad student in my department).
Hey, btw, any mods on duty? I’d like to change my user name to my real name, as I’m trying to become transparent on all blogs and commenting systems in which I participate, and I’m all done except for here at FDL.
my email is kelly1_canfield at yahoo dot com and I’d like my user name to be Kelly Canfield
Others may think I am crazy, but it’s important for me to be totally out and have an entirely coherent on and off line persona now. If one thinks about it fully….
I cannot be dared.
kelly — i’ll contact you off thread
Hey Dr. Dick. How’s Montana?
I think you’re right about D-Senators. The big question is can the D-Senators convince the Lieberliar that he can vote any way he likes, but can’t join the Dead-end Kids to block a vote.
Jane,
Thank you for all you do. I don’t believe health care reform (with a public option) would have made this far without your efforts.
To have Harry Reid (of all people) step up to the plate and swing the bat, only to stabbed in the back by the scum sucking bottom feeders in his own caucus is beyond belief.
I hope he takes the bat to the backs of their heads and does his best without them. (mods: pls forgive implied fantasy violence.)
Thanks again, Jane. Give ‘em hell.
Thanks!
Citizen Hamsher:
We’re down to the real boots on the ground politics and I like where Obama is sittin’ right now. He has used and even abused a lotta folks like One Hung Harry Reid and he has been keepin himself from bein’ identified with the legislative posturing and manuvering that has gone on up to this point. Now Reid is holdin the bag against a filibuster, and Obama and the voters in Nevada are holdin’ what’s left between the poor man’s legs. Likuderman doesn’t scare anyone in the Whitehouse and Obama is usin’ the mass of people out here in the street against the power of the corporate fascists and their mercenaries. Take a look at Gibbs’ response to Likuderman’s threat…that ain’t the voice of an angry or worried White House.
But let’s not get distracted by all this prima donna posturing, health care reform is bein written in the House of Representatives as we waste time worryin’ about the Senate. My prediction: There WILL be 60 votes for cloture on a bill with a public option or there will be reconcilliation and the version that comes out of the House will be the bill that Obama signs.
Great job Sister Jane…just don’t waste all yer muscle on whimps like Blanche Lincoln, save a bunch for gettin the last votes in the House for Medicare Plus Part “E”.
Hey Jane? This is o/t but how much do people get paid for being on these shows? Not c-span, I mean, like, msnbc.
Montana is getting cold, gray, and damp, but otherwise good. How’s NM?
Reid needs to tell Lieberman that if he votes with the Rethugs on cloture, they strip him of all seniority and committee assignments and throw him out of the caucus. Actually wrote Reid this evening and told him that.
Too bad so many politicians forget who elected them in the first place. There are number out there who I won’t support with $’s anymore.
They’re sayin’ the votes ain’t there. Heard that before. Gonna take some yellin’ & screamin’ to get them, though.
Since they didn’t do it after Joe spent a year campaigning for the opposition I kind of doubt they will now.
nor is she a lynchpin in the state party’s political machine
Nitpicking: that’s linchpin.
IIRC, that’s the pin that hold the wagon tongue (and the animals pulling the wagon) to the wagon itself: pull it, and things go nowhere fairly quickly.
If you’re talking about Jane, the answer is “not enough.”
If you’re talking about Liz Cheney, the answer is “far too much.”
Agreed, absolutely.
And oh, yeah, if you can take any part in getting rid of Baucus, then…hmmm, trying to think of a suitable reward…
Anyway, sounds wonderful. Good luck.
I’ll match you on that, masaccio.
That’s $2000 for a primary challenger in what, 10 minutes?
I’d love to see 31 members of the Democratic Caucus write to Harry with the same message.
I got EPU’d. i think.
What I said was: Lieberman is a fucking shithead.
How in the name of good God they can let this guy in the door if he joins a filibuster is just beyond me.
However, as I pointed out to Harry, if they fuck this up, it is going to be headhunting time for Democratic incumbents. If you cannot pass legislation favored by a solid majority of Americans and an overwhelming number of Democratic voters with the majorities they have in both houses of Congress, people are going to be seriously pissed and looking for blood. Especially Harry’s.
$0
I’m really ready right now.
Great job, Jane!
Give ‘em HELL G.I. JANE ! It’s time for health care reform in America, the status quo is not acceptable. http://www.wisecountyissues.com/?p=62
Aravosis has bitched about this a lot over the years, so if what he says is true, neither Jane nor Liz would be paid anything. What CNN and others would do is send a car over to pick them up, and that sort of thing, but no “lucre for viewpoint/appearance.”
I would suspect this is true, but would love to know if it’s not.
Despite the fact that Obama lost Arkansas heavily, it’s a Democratic state. There’s no advantage to her becoming a Republican. The GOP advantage in this race is due to the fact that people don’t like her, not because they lean Republican.
I wrote the same letter to Reid this afternoon.
I think Short-Ride is convinceable, but that is exactly the threat it will take. Without his Homeland Security Committee gavel he’s little more than a joke, and he’s a small enough guy to desperately fear being seen for what he is.
Our Presidential Search Committee passed its recommendations on to the Board of Regents, who approved their list. On our list of five so-called nationally recognized University Administrators is the guy who ran the back-door admissions for the well-connected at Sangamon State University, Champaign-Urbana, and the former Chancellor of North Carolina State. He got caught covering for his buddy who took care of the former NC Governor’s wife.
Boy, I love ethically-challenged people who want to come run my school.
Your buddies at Bozeman got a good ‘un in Waded Cruzado. She was a controversial figure here, but she is a pretty straight arrow and her heart is in the right place.
I’m losin’ it here. Gotta run. Will be back when the Jankees again take their rightful place as Champions of the World. Won’t be gone long. get yer brooms. I feel a sweep commin’ on.
Best to all the pups. Hope after this healthcare thing plays out some more, I don’t return all pissed to a bunch of pissed pups.
If Joe torpedos this by supporting a GOP fillibuster, the effect on Dems at the polls with depend a lot on how they react to Joe’s actions. If they strip him of his gavel, exile him to the lowest sub-basement office they can find, and publicly bust his chops for a year about it, they might get through. Might.
But if someone — like, oh, Blanche Lincoln — gives a mealy-mouthed “We each have to make tough decisions, and while I disagree with Joe on this, I can respect his choice” response . . . masaccio and Jane won’t be the last ones to kick in money toward a challenger.
Hmmm. Did not know. Learn something everyday. Thanks, I appreciate the answer to a dumb-assed question but one I’ve been wondering about for some time.
Six months ago Jane was so-so on TV. She has really picked up her game.
Gotcha. Maybe Blanche needs to look for other employment, like, on K Strasse.
Well, there it is. Answer = unpaid appearance.
I thought so.
Obama lost because he is black (sorry, but it is true). She may also get away with the card check since the folks in Arkansas have really conflicted (and crazy) views about unions (I grew up next door in eastern Oklahoma). Healthcare, however, could kill her. It is a very poor state with lots of uninsured people and lots of unmet healthcare needs. This would be very big there (here in Montana, opposition to CHIP would be political suicide).
I can’t stand to watch Likuderman. Can’t we get rid of him and replace him with Jane. Go Jane!
(1) I think that is true — see Jane @34.
(2) I still stand by my comment @28. $0 is far too little for Jane, and far to much for Liz.
isn’t KO planning one of those free health care clinics in AR?
excellent job jane.
By the way, have I mentioned lately how much I hate the name Homeland Security?
The phrase sounds way too imperial to me.
I think that Joe is going to try and destroy health care reform. He is a bitter, small man. This will make him a passive killer of American citizens.
Hey, Peter. Got a religulous question for ya.
When’s the Pope going to invite us Lutherans back, like he’s invited the Anglicans back?
Sounds effing fascist or Stalinist to me.
When you get all reactionary about ordaining gays and women.
Okay, the circle is complete. I used the word “imperialistic” early this morning. Now, I guess that means it’s time for me to bid a fond adieu.
Jane, you really did an outstanding job tonight. Impressive. And, I loved the dare….you’re doing it every way you can.
I think that one’s done, Norske. I heard it was announced in the CPC meeting that the Speaker would announce negotiated rates tomorrow am.
I never trusted that count. It just didn’t look right to me and there were a few I knew were way off. If I’d had more faith in the intel we would’ve hit it harder, there were ways to potentially get 5 or 6 votes to switch but it wouldn’t have been with phonecalls to people’s offices. It would have had to be much more hard core than that.
But I don’t think it was ever a realistic proposition. When I saw many of the people on the list of “yes’s” I just thought something was way off, and I didn’t have a good feeling about asking people to get involved.
Yep – got it @45.
I’ll just say it; this is my reason for going non-anonymous, or handle-free, and totally responsible for not only blogging, but commenting;
Put yer money/accountability where yer fekking mouth is.
Not everybody can do it, but there are a lot who can, and I say to those folks, DO IT. Get out, be loud, be real. There’s not a better time.
Jane is. David Dayen is. Matt Taibbi is. We’re all not professional journalists, but to those who are long time and so-to-say professional commenters, do it. Own it.
It becomes so much more real at that point, I guess, is my message.
yep.
I couldn’t decide between imperial and fascist, and I was having a little vision of Darth Cheney…
Sounds fascist to me.
Would you go back?
Shortly after hell froze over.
Actually, the Catholics wouldn’t have me back — divorced and remarried.
Much more nationalistic than imperialist.
I don’t think Dems in the state will care about EFCA at all, it’s the fundraising climate she’ll create if she filibusters it. Both the AFL and CTW have had people crawling all over the state for months now. Huge presence. Doing door knocks, collecting voter ids, etc.
If they threw a million dollars at Donna Edwards to beat Al Wynn, I mean…can you imagine?
Uh. mah. fuckin. gawd.
My out-of-state dogs could kick her ass with that kind of backing — and her shitty poll numbers. It would be harder to keep people OUT of the race than it would be to tempt them in.
Amen, brother Kelly.
BTW, ratfood IS my real name. :-)
Three or more Popes from now, but no sooner. At least.
*g*
That definitely would change the equation. Haven’t followed politics there and was not aware to the organized labor presence in the state.
I think the current pope is still pissed at Martin for defacing the door to his church.
I dropped out of the church many years ago and haven’t been impressed with a pope since John XXVI.
Somehow, I knew that… :)
Ya been livin’ in yer elitist ivory towers up there in Montana too long, man. Come on back to America and get a job with Tyson Foods…
Hmmm.
What’s between nationalism and imperialism? My view of Cheney’s actions are that they’re more than just nationalist. I think that Bremer (or a replacement viceroy) would still be running Iraq if it had been left to Cheney…
Bob is Bob’s real name too. Bob says “Hi,” by the way.
Jane, did you hear anything through the Arkansas grapevine about reactions to the ads during the football game?
When I was an undergraduate in Tahlequah, OK, I actually knew a number of people who did work at their plant in Fayetteville or Ft. Smith (can’t remember for sure after close to 40 years).
You mean the XXIII? Or have there been some Pope Johns I’ve missed…
Pretty certain I’d never eat chicken again.
Well, you can be nationalist without being imperialist, though not reverse. The nationalism is all about protecting the homeland from them evil foreigners.
Us Okies are a tough and hardy lot with really low standards.
Darn those Canucks!
Tom Coburn is proof of the latter.
Tell me about it. Damned foreigners all the time sneaking across the border here and stealing our health care!
BC @ 76
My mistake, you are correct. I could do without the current occupant of St. Peter’s.
And James Imhoff.
That Bob!
Nothing but trouble…won’t do a damn dish.
But ok, I say “hi” back :)
And our maple syrup. Building a fence on the wrong border if you ask me.
Bob doesn’t have to do chores, he’s an only child.
Damned straight. Build it up here and it might even stop them blue northers from charging in and freezing our asses off.
That makes sense, Dr. Dick. Related concepts…
And to AZ Matt, you have a problem with a Hitler Junge in charge of the church? So do I …
Have to build it pretty high. Probably pose a hazard to Northwest flights overshooting their destinations.
I don’t know how you get through the winters there. Eleven winters in Kansas, and I knew why it was so damned cold there. The one barbed wire fence between us and the North Pole blew down before I got there.
Jane, you simply rock!!
BTW, received an email of comngratulations on the public option this afternooon, from boldprogressives-dot-org. They referred to a statement from the NBC political team to the effect of “… and if a public option is included in the final bill, you’ve got to credit the progressive community (liberal senators, MoveOn, HCAN, PCCC, Huffpo) for fighting for it …”
Mind you, this was second hand, so I don’t know NBC’s exact quote, but I responded back that they forgot to mention Jane Hamsher and the FDL people, and bloggers like nyceve should get a great deal of credit also.
Like you say, this is still only the beginning, and it’s going to take lots more calls and watching over like a ‘mother hawk’ to have it survive without being severely compromised.
We’re ready to continue the fight, Jane!!
Think of it as a kind of backstop for them.
It is actually not too bad here in western Montana, warmer than Chicago. Most of the arctic fronts go down the east front of the Rockies and pass us by. It is routinely 20-40 degrees colder in the eastern part of the state. We are even more sheltered here in Missoula by being in a kind of bowl (does make for some really nasty inversions, however – just love recycled car exhaust in the winter).

Think I had best toddle off. I am going to need my sleep. I am introducing the students in my theory seminar to the joys of Postmodernism tomorrow. Take care all.
Calling it a night. Sayonara, y’all.
Oh, PoMo … gotta love PoMo.
Makes me want to bite the heads off of bats.
Bear with this cut and paste, because I wish to double down on what Jane does, and says: [emphases mine}
This is the long/prose quote from Goethe’s prelude to “Faust.” See the entire Goethe Society quote/page here.
What I am getting at is that it is right and proper to challenge the powers that be, and it is also right to just be moral in one’s outlook, despite the powers that be.
*waving g’nite to the leaving sleepheads*
Yep and all the other critters in the Okefenokee.
Hey Suz, give a wave to the non-sleepyheads too?
*waving to the non-sleepyheads*
lol, well I did ask for that.
YOU’RE AWESEOM SUZ!
I much prefer Goethe to Nietzsche… nice quote.
There’s one more place that there’s a fabulous humanistic ideal; the music of Mahler; particularly the last chorus of Mahler’s 8th symphony
Really be awesome if only I could spell AWESEOM.
Have a great night ALL!
Bravo, Jane…! As I shout it from the mountain top…! ;-)
Aloha Ya’ll…!
Aloha, Suz…! Do you have the honors tonite…? ;-)
Well, I’ve got an early class tomorrow. Good night, ‘pups.

That explains why it all ends up in West Texas: y’all took down the only barriers!
Well, good night and good luck with tomorrow’s class.
Cool…! I was so stoked when I saw Jane on with Rachel while I was prepping my gear for tonite’s run…! I told my wife that she had to watch my two favoritest women in the world on together… (Besides her…!) ;-)
Let’s rumble.
Aloha y’all!
for once will somebody explain what”reform” is. If you are going to say it will cover everyone you are wrong. if it is cheaper then, like walmart, every one will go there and competition is difficult for others, That’s not right wing it is math and human nature
Hmmm!
wOOt !!! Jane & Rachel on TeeVee at the same time is a double treat !
When will Rachel’s network replace JoeScar with Ms. Hamsher … Enquiring minds wanna know !
Yay! Thank you Mod, RGB! I really appreciate it! Out and Unified in my blogginess. Thanks again, so much –
Kelly Canfield
Nice clarification … before your head got in the way of the missus’ Bat ! *g*
You were as magnificent as you always are, Ma’am…! *g*
My wife laughed out loud when she heard your challenge…! ;-)
Fuck this make Holy Joe Filibuster Fuck the threat put funding for everything in his state after the vote, funding for his states Military bases after the vote, Funding of aid to Israel after he votes!
Kelly !
Someone has to ask the dumb question, so it might as well be me … any relation to Jack Canfield ?
Gotta cover one’s tracks…! ;-)
How’s the Great White North doing…? White yet…? ;-)
Yeah, that was a great moment … giving Blanche an ultimatum was priceless TV …
Jane your looking Hot!
D’you think if Reid had as much spine as Jane or anyone else here, we’d be where we are today ?
Tomorrow morning, I’m calling Reid’s office and issuing the ultimatum again … if there is not a strong PO in the final Bill, I will work for his opponent !
Alberta got some, and it’s been blustery here but just rain so far.
… soon enough, though …
Btw, Jane… Whom would you primary her with…? Inquiring minds and all…! ;-)
We actually had a flurry up here on my last run last month…! Earliest snow the Big Isle’s seen in 50+ yrs… It’s gonna be a looong winter…!
Petro! Nope! Not at all.
I make chicken soup for the ho, and damn proud of it.
Jack is a wee bit prudish for my sensibilities. :)
That’s how it is shaping up here as well … chilly fall, hinting at a looong winter.
ROFL !!!
No Autumn Summer, eh…? 8-(
i thought the left was about diversity. boy, step out of line once and you are savaged, ask hillary,,,she supported iraq or the guy from whole foods who questioned the health care bill
Not much of that … was looking forward to a lot more BBQs with an Indian Summer but from mid Sept., it has been chilly or frizzin’ …
be careful,,,you are debunking global warming,,,er climate change talking about long winters and early snow
Suz has LLN upstairs…
Jeebus, now Chuck Grassley is trolling FDL …
I actually don’t have anything to do with it, other than being an interested spectator. But there are plenty of names floating around, people waiting for Blanche to give them an entry point.
petrocelli, that’s the best you can do? call me chuck grassley. the truth is i can’t stand either party.
Great job, Jane. I blogged about in a different context here.
That was fantastic. I hope you are waking up the other side to the fact that they cannot stop this with a filibuster. If a modern day Benedict Arnold does sell us out, that is not necessarily the end.
Senator Reid warned them several times, back when almost everybody assumed the public option was dead, that he would use reconciliation, if necessary. He was not putting on a show, he was not trying to grab a headline by being artificially dramatic, and he did not get one. If anybody looks back at The Hill they can see it in black and white in several issues.
The other side should not assume that they can end this with just one turncoat. All the concessions they have gotten would be history then. Also, one or more of their allies would lose their gavels, and maybe their seats.
Credible threats of political annihilation are all that these people understand.
No way does Lincoln filibuster. She just got made chair of Agriculture. That’s equivalent to being queen of Arkansas. The most serious filibuster threats are Nelson and Landrieu–both can be bought.
The threat is being hung over everyone’s heads mainly to keep the left from demanding a stronger bill.
I watched Jane Hamsher on Rachel Maddow last night and she is Awesome.
If they want to filibuster, Harry Reid should NOT permit Rule 22, and thereby require that an actual filibuster take place with a quorum of Senators attending. See the following:
From Wikipedia:
“Procedural filibuster:
In current practice, Senate Rule 22 permits filibusters in which actual continuous floor speeches are not required, although the Senate Majority Leader may require an actual traditional filibuster if he or she so chooses. This threat of a filibuster where no floor speech and no quorum is required may, therefore, be more powerful than an actual filibuster, which would require attendance by a quorum of Senators as well as the physical presence of the Senators speaking.
Previously, the filibustering senator(s) could delay voting only by making an endless speech. Currently, they only need to indicate that they are filibustering, thereby preventing the Senate from moving on to other business until the motion is withdrawn or enough votes are gathered for cloture.”

I love you!!! That was terrific…thank you, thank you , thank you and everyone else too…double dared – I love hearing inteligent folks calling these misguided folks on the BS and just telling it like it is…
at least Jane is allowed on TV
my Muse seems to have been banished from the airwaves
something about the word blowjob was just too truthful for modern news readers to handle
(wink)
If the Dem’s can’t deliver on a strong Public Option and a good Health Care bill while they are in control then it will be 1994 in 2010
I have to admit that I have a crush on Jane…I can’t help it and try to never miss her TV appearances
LOL!
fuckin BOLD, Jane!!!
really!
one of my BEST POLIMOMENTS of 2009!!!
lol
That is some thing, truly, when progressive blogosphere commentators like Jane Hamsher are making the kind of dares the Lobbyist/Bribe Committee did in Washington for years and years.
Everyone sits back in their chairs when they hear it on the air. But the high priced lawyers serving as a shadow government have been doing the same thing for longer than anyone would care to admit.
Cross that rubicon, Jane! I agree that Lincoln probably won’t lead the obstructionist fight, but some will. We should announce some plans for that national “optimized” fundraising.
You got me to finally get a fdl logon, Ms. Hamser. Well stated and justified.
Give them hell, Jane.
I grew up in Stilwell. That’s so weird. Are you still in Oklahoma?
wonderful interview with Rachel, Jane. Looked like Rachel really enjoyed it. Any prospective Progressive Candidates out there to challenge Blanche? (Hope so).
Really getting sick and tired of Blue Dog control of the Democratic Party.
Loved it Jane first thing I thought was finally someone with some balls that tells these Democrats that want to hold a love fest with their GOP counter parts to either do what the people in their state/district/party want or else. Somebody please tell me why in the world these Democrats feel the need to do healthcare reform in a bipartisan manner? The last time I checked when the GOP was in power they told the Democrats they could either go along for the ride or not but either way the train was leaving the station. Now that the Democrats have the power why are they not doing the samething? I’ll add your dare to the new ad running in NV daring Reid to standup and do the right thing or else.
Jane + Rach = Always Great
I would actually really like to see some big Little Rock names tossed out as potential candidates that might make Blanche a little worried. One of the “benefits” to the ConservaDems and BlueDogs with all the foot dragging of the Baucus Caucus is that it’s pushed the process far back. March 1-8, 2010 is the Candidate Filing Period, but it’s also just two months before the election. We would need to get someone lined up sooner than that for fundraising.
Um….
http://ontheissues.org/House/Vic_Snyder_Health_Care.htm
Vic is 63 next year. If he’s ever going to run for the Senate, now is the time. His base is Little Rock. He’s been a Rep for years. This might just be his best chance at it. He also saw how nutter the teabaggers were first hand earlier this year.
I wonder how he polls against the GOP Candidates?
John
