&lt;p&gt;As the fight has clarified we now know the Republicans won’t vote for anything, so we just need the best set of features in the legislation to achieve the goals. I think that’s what we’re dedicated to just now.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The public option seems like an obvious solution to covering more people, at least in the short-run. In the longer-run there may be other possibilities which may become apparent.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
