&lt;p&gt;If the politics of addition prevail, we would see a mandate, public option and business practices reforms.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If the politics of subtraction prevail, the mandate and lack of public option might cancel each other out and all that will be left with support from both sides is the business practices reform.  That will leave the insurance companies exposed, having to defend the fact that they must continue with reprehensible business practices unless they are able to coerce you to buy their product.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
