Protect Insurance Companies PSA from Will Ferrell
Because everyone has a right to the American dream.
Best thing I have seen so far. Bent over at the computer laughing with pain because of how truly absurd the fight against health care reform really is.
“if God wanted all of us to have health care he would have made all of us rich”
The only thing I would have added to this commercial is an older person saying “the government should privatize medicare and medicaid”. Why do old folks need treatment and therapy anyway
Jane thanks for all you are doing. Anyway you can put in a word to Rachel and get the Mad as Hell Doctors on.
Also wondering why RAchel and Keith did not even whisper anything about the Goldstone UN Report (we all ready know but need to let them know many of us noticed their silence)
I guess they or their producers thought we needed to hear about Rep Joe Wilsons “you lie” outburst for the thousandth time
Jane,
This is classic. Still chuckling.
Thanks for posting.
Thanks Will Ferrell and friends.
Just want to share this custom essay/report about an:Angry insurance brokers defend industry over report.(From Irish Independent)
INSURANCE brokers have lashed the Competitions Authority for “sensationalising” a report on the insurance industry.
Diarmuid Kelly, chief executive of the Professional Insurance Brokers Association, saidthe report’s findings “were not researched and substantiated with rigorous empirical data”.
He told an Oireachtas committee the report did not contain data from brokers themselves.
He said the findings were “based on misleading statistics showing broker commissionrates had increased.”
In an address to the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Enterprise and Small Business, Mr Kelly said the PIBA was going to lodge a formal complaint with the Authority and wasseeking a meeting with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment asco-funder of the insurance study.
He explained that the PIBA had commissioned an actuarial consultancy firm to examine the rise in the rate of intermediary commissions proposed in an appendix to the overall Authority Report.
