Just a suggestion but I have found great creative talent at http://www.guru.com … it cost nothing to post your add there just a registration. I think you will be very pleased with the individuals that want to be the ‘creative source’ for FDL.
I’ll help for free. Heck, my career prospects are pretty well sunk without a public option anyway. Can’t work full time but can definitely help.
I know people who can do websites and Flash and Joomla and Photoshop.
This sort of thing, probably not so much.

Save your money and have an inter-blog contest, (DailyKos, DU, Americablog, etc…) similar to what Colbert did. You’ll get much better product, and a whole lot of free advertising. This advice is free. :)
