Rep. Tim Bishop Reserves the Right to Vote Against a Public Plan

Rep. Tim Bishop (NY-01) tells FDL’s Mike Stark he is a "very strong supporter of the public option."

How strong a supporter?

I am not going to take a pledge because I want to see how the final legislation comes out.

In other words, he’d like to reserve the right to vote for legislation that doesn’t include a public plan.
