My Congressmen has not taken the pledge but he is a HR 676 Cosponsor. By asking him to take the pledge am I asking him to settle for nothing less than HR 676? Are there elements not in HR 676 that we want him to commit to?
I made the call and reported the results. Congressmen Lynch would not take the pledge. He wants to see how the bill is paid for but wasn’t going to provide details about what financing considerations were controlling.
