The scene in Feinstein’s office reminded me of a tactic used in a fight against an ill conceived toxic waste incinerator – one of the citizen advisors to the board doing the negotiating recorded a meeting surreptiously, then leaked the discussion. Recording a meeting with a representative without their knowledge is easy technically… ethically and legally it might not be well advised though.

Micah’s release of Utilities Service Board discussion minutes were a net benefit to Bloomington. Most of the toxic waste was excavated and contained, the polluting companies paid some of the cost, and the incinerator never sent dioxins airborne nor did it create a larger voulme of toxic ash because it never was built.

Ask her all your pointed questions, giving the “chair” the opportunity to repond to each question with the camera focused on it. Then, let the video go viral.
