First of all, the N&O article never quotes Hagan saying that she was opposed to a public option — and that’s because she never said it. I don’t know that he would be alive today if it weren’t for a local program called Project Access that instead of paying some bills, gets doctors, hospitals and other care facilities to agree to give treatments, drugs, etc. for free.
