cbl2- oh yeah, I remember that Senate vote well (at least the gist of it)- just wasn’t sure if same applied in House, and also more generally- b/c Obama and Clinton were candidates at the time- but didn’t know if that was an exceptional circumstance. irrc, Clinton voted first, then Obama.

What a narcissistic comment. You actually think that members of Congress pay attention to this? Surely you must be kidding. I thought the Constitution clearly called for members of Congress to represent the views of their constituents. I must have missed the part about representing the views of extremists bloggers who have an agenda.

Keep up the noble effort President Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi et al. You have the support of millions of “loyal progressives” that aren’t interested in participating in a circular firing squad.
