So says Congress Daily:
"He’s now undecided," said the spokeswoman for Grijalva.
Grijalva is torn because he supports the troops but continues to hold fast to his view that, as written, the supplemental will only aggravate the situation in which the United States finds itself in Afghanistan.
Grijalva was among 51 Democrats to join nine Republicans in voting against the House bill on May 15. That version passed, 368-60, with the help of 168 Republicans.
Grijalva signed a 2007 pledge not to vote for any war funding that does not include timeslines for withdrawal. This one doesn’t, and Grijalva rightly voted against it the first time — and Grijalva rightly voted against it the first time — and has said he would do so again. Nothing has changed in the interim. So why is he suddenly "torn?"
As Dennis Kucinich said:
"From what I can see, [members who so far have refused to bow to pressure from the administration and Pelosi] are concerned about going home and having to explain why they voted for the war when their constituents are opposed to it…"
Call Grijalva’s office in DC at (202) 225-2435, and in Arizona at (520) 622-6788 or (928) 343-7933 and ask him what’s up.

just spoke with Anna in his DC Office – they are getting ‘tons’ of calls
politely urged him to vote No with assurances we have his back for a principled stand
The woman in Grijalva’s office I just spoke to said “No, that’s not right, he’s against it. He’s never voted for one.”
The staffer answering the phone said he did not know how the congressman was voting but had me leave voice mail for another staffer – Daniel Brito (sp?) which I did. Will report in if I get a call back.
