Today, My Left Nutmeg is joining forces with Firedoglake, Robert Greenwald, and a host of bloggers across the country who are calling on member of Congress to oppose the latest war supplemental bill.

Back in 2007, Congressman Chris Murphy signed a pledge not to vote for any war funding that didn’t include troop withdrawal provisions.

This Tuesday, the House is scheduled to vote on H.R. 2346, the 2009 Supplemental Appropriations Act, which includes funding for the war in Afghanistan without any provisions for troop withdrawal.
