Rep. Sam Farr (D-CA) has confirmed that he will vote against the supplemental.
According to CEPR, Farr has indicated that he is opposed to both the war funding and the IMF funding, so the two bundled together don’t make a very appealing package.
Farr has already voted against the supplemental previously.
The right-wing blogosphere has already caught on that the IMF funding is about bailing out European banks. Will Democrats find out before it’s too late?
