Sorry about the lack of updates lately.  The simple fact is that there’s nothing much going on publicly, so there’s not much to update.  We’re waiting for Franken’s team to respond to the sixty-plus pages of bumpersticker logic that was Coleman’s appeal brief, which he filed with two hours to spare on the ten-day deadline. (Franken has until the 11th to make his own filing per the court schedule, and he’ll likely need all of that time, as the chief hallmark of bumpersticker logic is that it takes longer to unravel it than it did to create it.   How, for instance, do you respond to "I Don’t Believe The Liberal Media" in a way that doesn’t match a lie to a lie, yet is concise and readable?)  

As for Arlen the Opportunist Specter’s proclaiming his love for Norm Coleman:  Thanks for reminding me to donate to Joe Sestak’s eventual primary campaign against you, dickweed.  [UPDATE:  Ah, Dickweed seems to be learning his lesson.  Maybe.]
