Election contests are fairly routine in close elections. I think the judges are going to bounce this one around 9 AM CST on Thursday, January 22, 2009.

All of the analyses I’ve seen say Normie doesn’t have much of a legal leg to stand on, but he has the right to due process. Judges don’t like having their time wasted, and this is shaping up as a complete waste of court time.

Patience expired…the last time the courts decided an election a disaster of epic proportions occurred. Election are supposed to be decided by the votes not the judges. Franken should be seated tuit suit.
Franken should be preparing a stand up on judges deciding election…
