The eight page amicus curiae brief from Marriette Do-Nguyen of the Kingdon of Heaven World Mission goes into the author’s interptation of Divine Law, George W. Bush and the Iraq War, the presidential election, and Eliot Spitzer; and claims separation of Church and State allowed the devil into the schoolroom.
Other highlights:
The Almighty Eternal Laws are similar to those established by the State of California, the United States, and countries throughout the world, but certain people are banning these laws…individuals who choose to excercise their free will and disobey the Almighty Eternal Creator’s Laws, their souls receive an energy supply "indirectly" from God, through a destructive channel, known as the Devil or Satan.
The attached declaration states that Ms Nguyen who signs herself "Heiress of the Almighty Eternal Creator," is the co-Creator of Heaven and Earth and part of the Holy Trinity. She includes xexored copies of a heavily underlined Bible to support her case, along exerpts from a book My Patient, God’s Gift, which she allegeds describe about her psychological evaluation.
