the greatest “disproof” is rush limbaugh

he was an incredible flop and hated when he first hit the air and yet clear channel broadcast him nationally, sometimes three times in the same market.

faux news is another disproof, they lost tons of money and didn’t turn a penny until hannity and billo.

media is corporate propaganda, even if it didn’t make a penny on broadcast they get dividends down the road with the influence they peddle

yes, they are able to get the middle class voting against themselves, voting against their children and their own parents

it is bizarre, corporate media is able to get turn them into marionttes

we really do need a fairness doctrine…and pronto

All these guys are doin’ their best to reducing political discourse to the level of pro wrestling. And too often succeeding.

Ah, but for the most slavish retransmitting of Republican recount nonsense in a media outlet with a national reach — aside, of course, from Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News — one must go to the New York Times.

It’s getting even stranger with MSM, isn’t it. They are getting into soap opera territory. Each day, each and every player needs to appear.

I say that with no authority…it’s my imagination…I watched Luke and Laura.

There are ex-Democrats in media too (Estrich, Stephanopolous, Matthews, and the late Tim Russert), but none of them do the job for the Democrats the way thoe Republicans do the job for the Republicans.

I’m convinced that these guys are forced on the Times and the Post by outside pressure and are for that reason untouchable.
