Because in Los Angeles you can’t go to the market at 2am wearing your jammies without running into a (semi) famous person in the ice cream aisle, it’s only natural to have found a slew of celebs at a far less shameful event: The spontaneous equal rights rallies that sprung up last nightin WeHo and Hollywood.
Defamer spotted Rose McGowan holding a sign, Noah’s Arc star Darryl Stephens, Milk screenwriter Dustin Lance Black (a former Mormon), and comedienne Wanda Sykes.
Expect more today at the Santa Monica Blvd protest outside the Mormon Temple. And expect more people, like Lance Bass who was delayed by demonstrators, to get stuck in traffic. Because equals rights are stuck right now, too.

About FDL Action
This is good. The No on 8 folks aren’t afraid to show their faces, while the 8 backers know full well that they have to hide the fact that the LDS — which has racism built into its scriptures — is 8’s main driver, with the RC Church being the public face of “Yes on 8″. The more the LDS’ role is revealed, the fewer nonwhites will fall for the “Yes on 8″ spiel (and the more likely it is to be repealed by initiative).
