Other than that, this is just wrong in so many ways, but Biblically wrong would seem to be enough for right now.
He’s a demon. These guys believe that there is a hierarchy of Satan, and that they are tied geographically to cities, towns, etc. To conquer an area for Christ you claim it then pray and exocise it. If you are successful, they will become’righteous’ cities, like Colorado Springs or Wheaton, Illinois.
As a Christian, I am aghast at the changes in evangelical theology just in my lifetime. Where it used to be suspect to get overly wrapped up in the ‘world’ (politics included), now these evangelicals are tainted by multiple forms of heresy.
