The man who played a  Jedi master and a Bible verse-inventing hitman, plus fought snakes on a plane, along with playing  a hundred-plus other roles of cool, has joined the campaign to keep same-sex marriage safe in California.

The radio ad unfortunately does not recap some of Jackson’s memorable lines:

Everybody listen up! We have to put a barrier between us and the snakes!  The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyrannies of evil men. They just trying to put a fright in your ass.  RE-spect! Now, who’s the bad guys? And who’s the good guys? 

Vote No on 8.
