Ferrel’s Bush:
I come to you tonight in the midst of a very important election between two very qualified candidates: the hot lady and the Tiger Woods guy…I thought it was time to give a proper, large scale ‘much love’ to McCain and Palin…"
Fey as Palin admits that:
I like to think I’m one part practiced folksy , one part sassy and a little dash of high school bitchy."
Bush replies:
For a little while I was trying to be folksy but after a bit, it just came off douchey..
then gives his tragio-comedic interpretation of the Vice President’s role, as Dick Cheney had explained it to him. Enjoy the video!

Could it be? Is SNL actually getting funny again? It’s been years or decades now. Granted I just see clips online, so maybe the rest still blows.
What’s funny is that McInsane’s yacht-mate is going to the slammer for 4 years:

This is the dude the S.S. John-boy hung out with, along with Rick Davis, in Montenegro for his 70th birthday.

As predicted, the Big Media has treated this story with their usual “move along, nothing to see here” attitude when Repubs get caught with their hands in the cookie jar.
loved, loved, loved when Tina hitches her skirt !
The Rs just can’t help themselves. Keep insulting voters, ticking off one group after another. Here’s Card insulting women.

Amazing that Will Ferrell’s Bush makes an evening speech, and the Asian markets tank – just as he predicted! Nikkei down over 9%!
People invest because they believe in the future. While the market tanks yet again today, people have invested in a chance for a better future. Obama raised $36 million in the first two weeks of October.
“douchey” couldn’t have said it better myself

St. John’s brother calls up a 911 center to complain about traffic, then gets into an argument with the operators. Un-freakin-believable how disrespectful and angry the McCain boys are to their fellow humans.
OT these are the proposed OPEC daily production cuts.

Angola 99,000
Ecuador 27,000

Kuwait 132,000
Libya 89,000
Nigeria 113,000

First, OPEC is seldom successful in keeping to quotas, especially in face of a declining market and the dependency of member economies on oil revenues. Second, supply was already beginning to exceed demand in the second quarter of 2008 and this was before all the turmoil in stock markets and fears of worldwide recession. So I don’t see these quotas sticking, except possibly in the Saudi case where they might want to trim back some so as not to overextend or damage some of their fields.
See what it did on the european markets as well, from BBC, reports of CAC, DAX, FTSE

funny how that happens, even on SNL.
The best so far..off the charts funny and scary.
Sarah wants to fill Dick Cheney’s shoes. This is her understanding of what the V.P’s job is “They’re in charge fo the United States Senate so if they want to they can really get in there with the Senators and make a lot of good policy changes that make life better”
Classic.
