Great catch. What I like about this is the really really thorough job McCain’s people did vetting her. Sort of like the way they are running his campaign.

How long is her nose now? She has never met a lie she doesn’t like or won’t repeat. Character much? I hope she gets more and more exposure.

She’s dumb as a post

RICHMOND, Va. — Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin mistook some of her own fans for hecklers Monday at a rally that drew thousands.

A massive crowd of at least 20,000 spread across the parking lot of Richmond International Raceway, and scores of people on the outer periphery more than 100 yards from the stage could not hear.

“Louder! Louder!” they began chanting, and the cry spread across the crowd to Palin’s left. Some pointed skyward, urging that the volume be increased.

Palin stopped her remarks briefly and looked toward the commotion.

“I hope those protesters have the courage and honor to give veterans thanks for their right to protest,” she said.

A thought hit me today – the good people of Arizona and Alaska have learned far, far more about Palin and McCain than perhaps they had ever known before. And I think it’s been rather embarrassing for them to know that the rest of the US and, indeed the world, knows it too and it does not reflect well on them for having chosen them. If they lose, we know that Palin will go home to face probable impeachment proceedings. What will McCain go home to? If I were the chair of the Arizona Democratic Committee, I’d be out there doing some serious candidate finding and development right about now, because McCain will have to run again in 2010 if he loses this election.

Great. I have to be careful NOT to count my chickens before they hatch….;) but I hope that that sort of flop is resounding around the whole Repub slate. With Liddy in trouble, etc….I think the days may be numbered for alot of these hateful, stubborn people. Wish I could say that in TX, but the shift looks less striking. But some even here.

I’m not sure she’s dumb. I think she’s a pathological liar. And that’s worse than dumb in my book. She’s willfully ignorant. But shrewd enough to lie. And lie. And lie. I’m sure sure a “dumb” person could lie so convincingly.

And, of course, in the same general ballpark, Sarah Palin supported a policy of forcing sexual assault victims to pay for the evidence kits that law enforcement used to catch and prosecute the people who attacked them.

Well, I think she’s got the ‘lie of convenience’ down really well.

I understand AZ has a governor who would make a good Senate candidate…

What are we going to do when we don’t have Sarah Palin to kick around anymore?

I am an entertainer, I know at least to people who were acused of rape when their boyfriends caught them leaving our dressing room with garments missing.

I had to testify for these people in court to prevent them from going to jail, if I were not a witness I would have surely believed the accuser rather then these entertainers

so I am not buying that “accused” stuff as disqualifying anyone

and everyone knows I am no palin supporter but this post doesn’t make any sense to me

I remember in college there were some professional table tennis players who attended

watching these people play was a joy and they use to take p a challenge table in the rec center

some of us did pretty good against them, I won a game or two

there was this kid who was convinced he should be beating them, he hardly got a point yet he would wait in line at the challenge table, getting up he was always amazed he was not winning

Honey….. those of us of Arizona have known for years about McCain….. our problem is his BFF the media who failed to report anything relating to the truth AND there is a candidate in the lineup for 2010 in waiting IF we can hope that the Obama Administration does not take our Governor…..

We have known for years that was the goal as she is termed out in 2010….. THE only news organization who has been reporting about McCain is the Phoenix New Times and they are considered a “liberal rag”….

I am hoping Sarah Palin will lose the election. We can’t have someone like her saying she will ‘Shake it up in Washington’ and cut down on corruption when she herself is corrupt.
