Oh holy baby raptor Jesus! If this photo wasn’t enough to make your eyes bleed, look at this blasphemy. That "grunge punk style" track suit will haunt your bleakest nightmares. And not in a good way, either.
Desperate to get anyone to think Republicans are cool, GOP supporters on cafepress.com came up with these designs so Republicans can "express…support for Republican Presidential nominee John McCain and Vice Presidential Nominee Sarah Palin with 2008 election gear…the type of items that our families enjoy and that we enjoy seeing on them."
Promoted as "punk themed" and "grunge," the spidery Goth logo seems to be designed lure the Great Anguished out of Hot Topic and into another four years of agony.
But their nefarious plan will fail! Bouwhahaah!
The Goth community (now on its third incarnation–some of the first wave Goths have grandkids!) is not pro-Palin, not pro-McCain. Now they just need to vote. And really that’s what absentee ballots are for–requires no exposure to "the evil, yellow hurty thing," aka sunlight.
Dim the lights. Cue the theremin and synthesizer. Release the bats!
Do not let this poor designed disgrace linger
While misery loves company
In the foggy bleak existence
Weeping tears of blood
We must still go to the polls
Because these clothes are really fugly
And insulting to our tender, tormented souls
But do you think the owners of that Cafe Press store meant for this one to have an inverted pentagram?

I had to laugh at how very “Un-Goth” the clothing line, and even the logo was. The attire looked more attuned to maybe golfing, or running a triathlon.
But how about this appeal to all the Gay activists out there…yes, their very own “Call Me Crazy…For Sarah Palin” Rainbow T-Shirt
I think Sarah requested it custom made…for her one lesbian friend who “chose the gay lifestyle”. She’d have to be crazy to vote for Palin!
I spewed coffee on my computer screen when I found these. I will never be able to un-see them. I’m glad you got a laugh!
