and while the author explains how it was DONE, he never says McCain’s campaign, for whom he works, was NOT responsible for the site

Or at least that’s how I read it, amidst all the tech stuff, which I’m sure makes much more sense to some of you than to me.
And he admits to doing the redirect himself.
