The day before the first presidential debate, John McCain wants to quit campaigning to spend more time with the economy. He is calling for what MSNBC calls "an abrupt stop to the campaign."
Yesterday, Ted Stevens told a judge he couldn’t attend his corruption trial because he had to spend more time with the economy.
Presumably Sarah Palin doesn’t hold press conferences because she’s too busy with Fannie and Freddie.
