Republics: We are reformers because we say that we are reformers and everything we do is a reform. No need for you to look deeper.

Some reform, like a nuclear blast or a tank running over a car, isn’t good.

Doesn’t this describe Cheney’s wet dream from 8 years ago? “Challenging basic assumptions” like the Constitution is more than a piece of paper? Like the Balance of Powers? Like the Bill of Rights?
