Currently there is an expensive access road being built to the bridge that is never going to exist. I’d call that a) completely fucking stupid b) purely delusional waste of funding. In fact, the state of Alaska, and Twit Palin , are continuing to build a road on Gravina Island to an empty beach where the bridge would have gone – because federal money for the access road, unlike the bridge money, would have otherwise been returned to the federal government.

McCain has bought into the chronic lying, because he was already proficient at it, and claimed she rejected the bridge. That’s another bold fuckking lie.

As to Obama, there is no race card. 20% of the poorly educated US has said they would vote against anyone who has African American blood. That’s called racial bigotry and stupidity. You have not cited because ignorance is bliss, one lie from Obama. I can site a litiny of lies from Palin and she has only been in the national spotlight less than two weeks and refuses to take questions from the press or voters. People in the witness protection program talk to the press more than Palin does–but they are better informed as to how the law works.

Palin’s church has preachers and speakers that make Reverand Wright look like a choir boy. With Palen’s fat ass in a pew two weeks ago, their Jews for Jesus preacher asserted that Israel was being punished by bombing attacks because they don’t believe in Jesus and the concept of his divinity.

Obama has severed all ties from Wright and Wright isn’t at the church anymore. Palen embraces the Jews for Jesus morons, and she is part of that church and supports their idiocy.

Obama’s “association with Ayers” when Ayers engaged in illegal activities was that Obama was an eight year old child who never heard of Ayres. Currently Ayres is as law abiding as you are, and perhaps more successful. He served on the same hospital board as Obama and the mission of that board was to fund hospital equipment. Last time I checked, most hospitals in Chicago treat people who are ill and are staffed by a variety of professions including physicians and nurses and my contact with medicine is that they often get very little sleep, wrestle with idiots from insurance companies, and endless paper work, and spend much of their waking moments trying to keep up with cutting edge medicine so that they can apply it to patient care. Many of them spend their free time calling patients in followup to ensure they are doing well or better, and do everything they can to answer their questions. They are not reimbursed for this time currently adequately per CPT, from medicare or medicaid and probably never will be.

Obama’s association with Tony Rezko has been dissected 1000 ways to Christmas and in comparison with McCain’s Keating law breaking it’s a gnat on a freight train and it’s going fucking no where. I’d worry about Palin’s current vibrant association with indicted law breaker and soon convict Ted Stevens. His trial is next week before Judge Sullivan in D.C. District Court and will be heavily covered.

Obama wasn’t chosen by the DNC early on. It was one of the longest primaries in history. The DNC has byzantine rules that many of us have advocated reforming, and if you get educated you can advocate as well. Of far greater concern though is the voting machines by a company that continues to keep changing its name, formerly Deibold, that an enligthened middle school kid can hack. They are deployed widely in most states in this country. Republicans support them because the company formerly known as Diebold contributes hugely to them.

Here’s an additional tidbid for you to know now. Despite all the polls and some of the handwringing blogs on Sarah Palin and the dynamic of Rick Perlstein’s excellent book’s thematics as applied to Palin (Nixonland) by some very bright bloggers here’s one poll that matters to me. The others are snapshots and systemically flawed by all of the poor statistical biases inherent in their DNA.

By the electoral map, Obama is leading 240 to 148 over Twit McCain and Twit Palin and that’s growing every day.

One huge flaw is that Palin is so dumb and uninformed that the RNC and McCain campaign are determined to ride out the 60 days with no questions put to her from anyone which includes the public (potential voters) or the media. She has company–McCain is equally dumb and he’s not answering any spontaneous questions either.

The debates are not going to determine why Obama will be in the White House but both of them are terrified of them with good reason.

She has been caught in emails and tapes violating the personnel and merit laws in the state of Alaska and the individual she caused to be fired was not a police chief–he was the Commissioner of Public safety.

Currently her attorney is seeking to subvert the laws by which a legislative committee, Senate Judiciary Committee in Alaska conducts an investigation. While any attorney can interview opposing side witnesses before a hearing or trial if they cooperate and if for some extraordinary reason a judge has not ordered them not to (and it would be rarer than the lottery) an attorney cannot try to preempt entire depositions to intimidate the witnesses into statements favorable to their client and then threaten them with purjery charges. That’s precisely what Palin’s attorney is attempting to do, and there are emergency legal remedies to stop this and his attempt to end run a public investigation and bring it before the Personnel Board that Palin hand picked for a secret one. What Palin is attempting to do here is not going to fly as the DNC and Obama camp begin to engage in this investigation the way the RNC and McCain campaign manager Rick Davis have since August 29.

Obama, McCain, and Biden are known quantities, people are familiar with them and have had a chance to make up their mind. Palin’s numbers came after just a week in the National spotlight and a hugely hyped prime time speech. I would be curious if the poll of like/dislike gave a third option of: undecided. The point is that we should take a few deep breathes before we go hide under the bed. From everything I have read Sarah Palin is a vindictive, incurious, myopic, super-ambitious bully who treats government like her personal fiefdom. Sure sounds familiar. She is no more a hockey mom than George Bush, in fact their governing styles are nearly indiscernible, the key is to keep pounding this home. The refrain needs to be McCain = Bush, Palin = worse than Bush. If people overwhelmingly are exposed to the truth of her, those favorable numbers will plummet. Which is why the McCain campaign is putting all of its eggs into making her out to be the perfect wife, mother, Washington outsider, reformer, blah, blah, blah…and why we can’t let them succeed.

I am sure, given that every politician is ambitious, perhaps Sarah Palin is not a specially ruthless version of that however given my biases and what I’ve seen so far of her record it seems so. And I do believe on one level or another, she really does want to be a public servant with the best interests of that part of America with which she is familiar. But I have to say: “where’s the beef?” Like John McCain, she appears to be all talk. What are they going to do to address the extraordinary, historical failure of the last 8 years. For me also, it’s a complete no brainer.

If she was in Hilo, why not transfer to the U of H’s Honolulu campus — unless she didn’t have the grades to get in. Even though the entrance requirements at U of H Honolulu are not that high, they are higher than those for the Hilo campus.

Something sounds fishy about her transfer to Hawaii Pacific after two weeks at U of H. I wonder if they discovered she did not have the grades or course work required to qualify.

We need to demand that her educational records be disclosed, I suspect they are the repository of more dirt — and more lies.
