An additional chronic lie by McCain and Palin is that Palin sold the Alaska state exec jet on ebay. In fact, she tried to sell it 3 times on ebay and failed, and finally sold it to one of her campaign contributors at a $600,000 loss to the state of Alaska and a net gain for her contributor.

She put it on ebay–she just forgot to add the truth that she couldn’t sell it on ebay and forfeited the ebay posting fee as well. She also left out the important point that the way she sold it cost her taxpayers more than a half a million bucks. Of course the truth was nothing to brag about, but when Palin/McCain brag the truth is a stranger. The plane that was an issue in Palin’s campaign against Frank Murkowski was sold to Lrry Reynolds, the owner of a sporting goods store and marine supply store in Valdez, and a Palin contributor.

http://www.politifact.com/trut…..ments/691/”>
“That luxury jet was over the top. I put it on eBay.”

All of those down trodden people McCain talked about helping in his Ambien laced monotone the other night were never on the minds of the tightlipped over-fed white people that made up well over 99.9999% of the Xcel Center –they were the people Obama helped as a “community organizer” after Columbia, and when he was able to file his own law suits for them after graduating from Harvard Law and passing the Illinois State Bar.

Before you label lies and truth to events, you might avail yourself of one of the many fact checking sites, like
http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/

The night before Palin was announced her Wikipedia article was altered no less than 30 times to alter facts to be construed as politically favorable to Twit Palin. When called on the fiction he/she imposed on the site, the McCain Palin campaign worker retired from Wiki:

Granted science, including medicine is something that Palin and McCain believe is largely the enemy–hence their attempt to oppose any federal funding for embryonic stem cell research. This has resulted in approximately 20 of the most outstanding stem cell researchers in the U.S. to leave the US for places where the government supports it–notably Singapore where two top researchers, one of whom was Dean at the University of California at San Diego’s School of Medicine.

Singapore Acts as Haven for Stem Cell Research

Her 17 year old daughter is pregnant by a 17 year old twit and the forced marriage is a high tech lynching and because people like Palin oppose sex education the idiot didn’t learn to put a cap on his pecker when he dipped it and obviously neither Bristol or the kid has any idea about the timing of the menstraul cycle and the few days when an egg can be fertilized–nor in all probability does Sarah Palin.

It is not clear as yet, if the child with the Trisomy 21, Trigg, was fathered through an affair Palin had, or is in fact, one of her daughter’s kids.

To the degree you like McCain Palin, you have had superficial access to the news and their failure to grasp foreign and domestic affairs.

One consistent attribute Sarah Palin has already been discovered to exhibit is chronic lying. She never opposed the Road to Fucking Nowhere. In fact she lobbied heavily for the money, and campaigned heavily for soon to be in a federal prison Ted Stevens to get it. She is on numerous You Tubes campaigning for the meanest sumbitch in the US Senate full of mean sumbitches. She took the $233 million dollars of my tax money for the moronic idea, and proceeded to pretend later she was not lobbying for it. Currently there is an expensive access road being built to the bridge that is never going to exist. I’d call that a) completely fucking stupid b) purely delusional waste of funding. In fact, the state of Alaska, and Twit Palin , are continuing to build a road on Gravina Island to an empty beach where the bridge would have gone - because federal money for the access road, unlike the bridge money, would have otherwise been returned to the federal government.

McCain has bought into the chronic lying, because he was already proficient at it, and claimed she rejected the bridge. That’s another bold fuckking lie.

As to Obama, there is no race card. 20% of the poorly educated US has said they would vote against anyone who has African American blood. That’s called racial bigotry and stupidity. You have not cited because ignorance is bliss, one lie from Obama. I can site a litiny of lies from Palin and she has only been in the national spotlight less than two weeks and refuses to take questions from the press or voters. People in the witness protection program talk to the press more than Palin does–but they are better informed as to how the law works.

Palin’s church has preachers and speakers that make Reverand Wright look like a choir boy. With Palen’s fat ass in a pew two weeks ago, their Jews for Jesus preacher asserted that Israel was being punished by bombing attacks because they don’t believe in Jesus and the concept of his divinity.

Obama has severed all ties from Wright and Wright isn’t at the church anymore. Palen embraces the Jews for Jesus morons, and she is part of that church and supports their idiocy.

Obama’s “association with Ayers” when Ayers engaged in illegal activities was that Obama was an eight year old child who never heard of Ayres. Currently Ayres is as law abiding as you are, and perhaps more successful. He served on the same hospital board as Obama and the mission of that board was to fund hospital equipment. Last time I checked, most hospitals in Chicago treat people who are ill and are staffed by a variety of professions including physicians and nurses and my contact with medicine is that they often get very little sleep, wrestle with idiots from insurance companies, and endless paper work, and spend much of their waking moments trying to keep up with cutting edge medicine so that they can apply it to patient care. Many of them spend their free time calling patients in followup to ensure they are doing well or better, and do everything they can to answer their questions. They are not reimbursed for this time currently adequately per CPT, from medicare or medicaid and probably never will be.

I’d get the fuck off Ayres because it’s not going anywhere for McCain Palin. To me it’s a symptom of superficial Republican wingnut mantra–I don’t need a biopsy there.’

Obama’s association with Tony Rezko has been dissected 1000 ways to Christmas and in comparison with McCain’s Keating law breaking it’s a gnat on a freight train and it’s going fucking no where. I’d worry about Palin’s current vibrant association with indicted law breaker and soon convict Ted Stevens. His trial is next week before Judge Sullivan in D.C. District Court and will be heavily covered.

Obama wasn’t chosen by the DNC early on. It was one of the longest primaries in history. The DNC has byzantine rules that many of us have advocated reforming, and if you get educated you can advocate as well. Of far greater concern though is the voting machines by a company that continues to keep changing its name, formerly Deibold, that an enligthened middle school kid can hack. They are deployed widely in most states in this country. Republicans support them because the company formerly known as Diebold contributes hugely to them.

Here’s an additional tidbid for you to know now. Despite all the polls and some of the handwringing blogs on Sarah Palin and the dynamic of Rick Perlstein’s excellent book’s thematics as applied to Palin (Nixonland) by some very bright bloggers here’s one poll that matters to me. The others are snapshots and systemically flawed by all of the poor statistical biases inherent in their DNA.

By the electoral map, Obama is leading 240 to 148 over Twit McCain and Twit Palin and that’s growing every day.

In a three-year span, I attended four universities (two of them simultaneously) because those were the schools offering the courses I wanted to take. I didn’t have any “issues” or “time outs” so I’m not too sure jumping around is a red flag.

The only thing Palin knows about any issue foreign or domestic is that Rick Salter is writing the words for her to say on the teleprompter. She wouldn’t know Athens Georgia from Tiblisi if it bit her on her ass. Palin’s colleges 6/6 years raise questions and the answers will be forthcoming.

One huge flaw is that Palin is so dumb and uninformed that the RNC and McCain campaign are determined to ride out the 60 days with no questions put to her from anyone which includes the public (potential voters) or the media. She has company–McCain is equally dumb and he’s not answering any spontaneous questions either.

The debates are not going to determine why Obama will be in the White House but both of them are terrified of them with good reason.

She has been caught in emails and tapes violating the personnel and merit laws in the state of Alaska and the individual she caused to be fired was not a police chief–he was the Commissioner of Public safety.

Currently her attorney is seeking to subvert the laws by which a legislative committee, Senate Judiciary Committee in Alaska conducts an investigation. While any attorney can interview opposing side witnesses before a hearing or trial if they cooperate and if for some extraordinary reason a judge has not ordered them not to (and it would be rarer than the lottery) an attorney cannot try to preempt entire depositions to intimidate the witnesses into statements favorable to their client and then threaten them with purjery charges. That’s precisely what Palin’s attorney is attempting to do, and there are emergency legal remedies to stop this and his attempt to end run a public investigation and bring it before the Personnel Board that Palin hand picked for a secret one. What Palin is attempting to do here is not going to fly as the DNC and Obama camp begin to engage in this investigation the way the RNC and McCain campaign manager Rick Davis have since August 29.

The word God has no place in political speech period. It’s a religious belief with not a scintilla of scientific proof.

Creationism has been determined to be illegal by federal court it has been litigated before, In the case in the Eleventh Circuit before the remanded case could allow the judge to order it to be stopped, the Evangelical zealots who don’t understand separation of church and state since schools are regulated in large part by states (althouth it’s the parents who make or break the quality and they are failing in droves) were forced into a settlement agreement in which they removed all signs of creationism from text books. Teaching creationism in schools is one of many laws the twit Palen wants to break. Palin claims to take orders from a God no one can prove even exists, and religion shold have no role in governing. It’s an attempt to make the church a mommy or daddy for citizens and it’s failing.

A slogan you’ll soon hear is “Palin is flailin.”

Jane, you are probably right. She is going to be a formidable candidate.
However, Sarah has made one mistake that can’t be fixed at this point. She has made a lot of enemies on her fast rise up the ladder. There are a lot of people in the Republican Party back in Alaska, more in the town of Wasilla, some personal and family enemies over her brother-in-law, and she didn’t vote for her mother-in-law when that lady ran for mayor. Add that to the problem that McCain is making for himself by hiding her out from press interviews and accusing the press of bias against her and her family. Someone is going to give up every piece of dirt out ther on this lady for reasons good and bad. We’ll see where that puts her candidacy.

I am very late to this forum, but had to post something. I recently heard an interview with someone who used to work for Gallup and recently came out with book skewering the whole polling practice. He was talking about how polling follows the narrative that news organizations want by giving the people only two choices, either they are for or against something, like or dislike it. There is almost never a third choice, like undecided. This is particularly misleading in early election polls. He gave the example of Gulliani who early in the primary led by a huge margin in Gallup polling. In essence the polling only asked which candidate you support. You were forced to choose someone. Gallup did their own internal analysis and determined that when people were given the option of saying they had not yet made up their mind, it was like 60%, and the remainder were distributed fairly evenly through the rest of the candidates. Gulliani being just one of the crowd. However, the fact that no one cared so much about the Republican primary over a year ago did not feed into the MSM narrative. They preferred to go with the scintillating story of Mr 9-11 a pro-choice cross-dresser leading the Republican race.

Obama, McCain, and Biden are known quantities, people are familiar with them and have had a chance to make up their mind. Palin’s numbers came after just a week in the National spotlight and a hugely hyped prime time speech. I would be curious if the poll of like/dislike gave a third option of: undecided. The point is that we should take a few deep breathes before we go hide under the bed. From everything I have read Sarah Palin is a vindictive, incurious, myopic, super-ambitious bully who treats government like her personal fiefdom. Sure sounds familiar. She is no more a hockey mom than George Bush, in fact their governing styles are nearly indiscernible, the key is to keep pounding this home. The refrain needs to be McCain = Bush, Palin = worse than Bush. If people overwhelmingly are exposed to the truth of her, those favorable numbers will plummet. Which is why the McCain campaign is putting all of its eggs into making her out to be the perfect wife, mother, Washington outsider, reformer, blah, blah, blah…and why we can’t let them succeed.

There are probably major flaws in all of our political candidates. My big problem with the Palin/MC Cain ticket comes when we get to the specific nuts and bolts about each ticket’s program. Except for rolling a few heads, all of whom have yet to be mentioned, it looks like the Republican ticket is offering the same exact stuff that the Bush ticket offered: cowboy militarism in lieu of foreign policy; lobbyist informed legislation; wedge interest divisiveness; abuses of power in government agencies; gas company supported energy and environmental policy; no whiff of a suggestion for how to meet health care; a tax code that rewards the wealthy, the corporations who export jobs, while basically does nothing new for everyone else, nor promote businesses that create American jobs.

I am sure, given that every politician is ambitious, perhaps Sarah Palin is not a specially ruthless version of that however given my biases and what I’ve seen so far of her record it seems so. And I do believe on one level or another, she really does want to be a public servant with the best interests of that part of America with which she is familiar. But I have to say: “where’s the beef?” Like John McCain, she appears to be all talk. What are they going to do to address the extraordinary, historical failure of the last 8 years. For me also, it’s a complete no brainer.

Unless Palin was first enrolled in the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where it does rain a lot, she was at the University of Hawaii campus in Honolulu, which is probably twenty blocks from the site of Hawaii Pacific College. Exactly the same climate. Hawaii Pacific is an expensive private school.

If she was in Hilo, why not transfer to the U of H’s Honolulu campus — unless she didn’t have the grades to get in. Even though the entrance requirements at U of H Honolulu are not that high, they are higher than those for the Hilo campus.

Something sounds fishy about her transfer to Hawaii Pacific after two weeks at U of H. I wonder if they discovered she did not have the grades or course work required to qualify.

We need to demand that her educational records be disclosed, I suspect they are the repository of more dirt — and more lies.
