Hey guys and gals!

I apologize for my extended absence, Netroots Nation and a wedding this weekend have kept me on the run. Which is a great segue to the changes that will be going on here.

It turns out that while promoting a book full-time, fulfilling some previously made consulting obligations and actively helping raise a 21-month old, I can’t also be on top of political news 24/7 to the level that you deserve here. At least if I plan on sleeping at least 5 hours a night.

Which I generally like to do.

So I am going to pass the torch on to a new generation. I’ll be turning over the keys of the day-to-day operation to John Gorenfeld, who is a briliant journalist and author (he wrote a fantastic book on the Rev. Moon, Bad Moon Rising, that you should all own to really understand just how crazy the modern GOP is).

Now don’t get teary-eyed on me. I ain’t going nowhere. I will remain a regular contributor to this site. But it will be become "The Campaign Silo" and John will take over the day-to-day.

Thanks to our loyal readers out there. And keep reading darn it! Because it will only get better, I promise ya that.
