Rep. Steve Pearce’s campaign in New Mexico decided they wanted to attack their opponent on "restricting energy development." Ok. So they were going to attack a Udall, as they are running against Tom Udall in New Mexico. Sounds fair, if perhaps wrongheaded.

The problem is, however, that they attacked the wrong Udall. They went after their opponent Rep. Tom Udall of New Mexico for something his cousin Rep. Mark Udall of Colorado supports. Oops.
